As new homeowners we were not expecting to need to address water in our basement so soon into owning our home. Jim and his team at Ark Basement Services came recommended and after doing a walk through, and getting a thorough explanation of the work to be done, we booked an internal French drain service. The team was prompt, thorough, communicative, and efficient during the work period. We have had several rainstorms since the drain was installed with no water coming into our basement, which has brought us great relief. We requested an estimate for a problem in our basement. Jim came to our room very promptly and was extremely professional in his presentation. We were going away and requested that the work be done before we left, or after we returned. Jim got us on the schedule within a week. On the appointed day, Jim arrived early with a crew of 3 workers. David, David and Cory. They started immediately and were very neat. Plastic put up to protect the room from dust. Joe Rosa was very knowledgeable and gave us an affordable estimate to install carbon fiber straps in our basement area. Joe Rosa returned my call promptly, arrived right on time for appointment.  He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions.
