Could not have been happier with the professional team ARK provided installing our French drain and sump pump. Tyler and Johnnie were professional, polite and they worked very hard everyday to complete our basement. The work was professionally done ARK was the best choice and they exceeded our expectations. This is the third time we've tried to fix the issues in our basement, so we were a little nervous, but they did a good job explaining what needed to be done. They also have a product to treat iron ochre which no one else offered. My husband has a severe mold allergy, and they were very careful not to contaminate the upstairs of our house. We have had a few soaking rains since the work was completed and so far the basement has stayed dry. They were even able to remove the existing mold.

We are extremely pleased with the job these guys did! They were extremely professional, timely, and got the job done quickly and with minimal interruption.
As for the actual job itself, we've had several good rainstorms and not one drop of water made it to our basement floor! I'd say a perfect job well done. Highly recommend them for your basement waterproofing needs 🙂

We had ARK install a drainage and sump pump system in our basement due to water leakage and damage. It was nice and easy from the start to the finish of the project. We have been doing a bunch of home repairs, so we have been having many people come give us quotes for things and their rep Joe was mercifully quick, knowledgeable, and didn't use any high pressure sales stuff. (good luck and/or r.i.p. if you are getting window estimates from some of these companies) They also beat another waterproofing companies price quote. They split the work into two days and started about 3 weeks from when we signed up. Thanks!

Jim (owner) was very nice and informative about waterproofing our basement.He explained the process in a way that made it easy to understand .Crew was efficient ,they worked really hard and finished the job in less than a two days.What they charged me also very reasonable compare of some other estimates .I highly recommend this company.

I had ARK install an interior french drain in my home and was so impressed with everything, we had them install the same in my daughter's home. After a few months, we had a problem with the outlet hose. I called Jim and he requested I call the office and make an appointment for the service rep to come to her home and take a look at it. I had an appointment scheduled within a few days of my call. To my surprise, Fred and his partner showed up early with a truck full of equipment, determined what the problem was and the solution. The work was done in a couple of hours and the problem was solved.
I would not hesitate to contact ARK for anybody having water issues in their basement. Jim is great to work with and explains the entire process. ARK also provides great customer service. Kudos to Fred!

What a fantastic job by Johnny and Tyler. I can't possibly give them enough compliments.
Everyone involved from the initial phone call to the follow up phone call after the job was completed was super nice and so easy to talk to. They were all happy to answer our questions and explained everything so we would understand.
Highly recommend giving Ark a call. They won't disappoint you and they will make you a believer! You too, can store things in your basement like me!
