Cannot get these guys to finish putting the sump pump in my basement. I guess since they got paid they dont feel like finishing the job. Also still have water coming in one spot. Said they would come the other day and never showed up.Posted on Google

Our back deck was pulling the back part of our house down. Ark put in jacks to help raise and stabilize the back of the house. J.R and Damon did a great job. They were prompt, professional and stabilized the back deck at the same time. I definitely recommend Ark and their staff.Posted on Google

They completely transformed my basement waterproofing situation, reinforced a basement wall with straps, and fixed the downspouts. Dylan and his team were incredibly professional, respectful, and skilled. If you are looking for top-tier waterproofing, look no further. Megan Lay46 days agoThe initial install of our system was a bit of a disaster.. the original team did extremely sloppy work (membrane falling off the walls, huge cracks in the floor) and apparently cracked a floor pipe and filled it with several feet of cement, resulting in us having our kitchen stack feeding grey water into the system and out into the basement. Once Dylan was aware, he got Bret and his team (Nate, Dooley et al) out to fix everything for us and it is now looking great! It all looks as it should now, nicely executed membrane, floor nice and level, and they even replaced the sump pump for us since it was compromised from pumping grey water. We are so appreciative to the guys who were out to repair the original job, as they have given us great peace of mind that things are actually done properly now. Bret was extremely professional, honest and trustworthy. He put up with me asking a thousand questions and made sure that I felt confident with the quality of his work. (If I was reviewing their work only, this would be 5 stars!)Posted on Google

Chris M51 days agoGreat experience with Ark. Evan helped us from the beginning to determine what we needed and was willing to work with us for some extra accommodations as well. DJ, Cody and the rest of the crew were friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to get everything done despite the challenging job. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the place in great shape. Definitely recommend!Posted on Google
Valerie53 days agoThe first interaction with Dylan was amazing he worked with me and kept me informed throughout the process of scheduling and what they could do to fix my basement wall (instead of rebuilding which is quite expensive). On the day the project started I had to wonderful workers Cody and Mark who arrived and told me exactly what they would be doing and how long they would most likely take to complete the job. My job had some unexpected setbacks so the job took a few hours longer than anticipated and as soon as Cody was aware the time estimate had changed he informed me. I highly recommend this company and these two guys! They were recommended to me and I am glad I called them.Posted on Google

ARK Basement Services has a team of polite, compassionate professionals who feel your misery and work with you to alleviate it. Be confident that they are the right call to make. After the initial visit with Evan, I felt sure that that the issues would be solved at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Cody and Mark were reliable and hard working and always friendly yet respectful. The job was neat and professionally done. Cody explained every step of the process and was willing to answer any inquiries. When an unexpected additional issue was found, Dylan offered a reasonably priced solution. The work was high quality and excellent value and the basement was left in clean condition. Thank you to all of you for your excellent skills and service.Posted on Google

Rob Daugherty72 days agoHad Dylan come out to look at a property I was purchasing. He provided prompt service with great communication. He set my mind at ease during the inspection. Will definitely contact for any future needs. Edit (7/2026)- after moving into property have found deficiencies in the structure. Had Dylan back out (7/1), and was verbally quoted $30k. This could have been negotiated at the time of purchasing this property. Now I am stuck footing this bill. Luckily the other companies that came out and provided quotes were half of his price. After following up I never received a physical quote or a response. Update 7/17. Received a response from Dylan. He apologized for the confusion, & explained that he was contacting the wrong person. Still have not received a physical quote to review.Load more
